Jake was available when no-one else was with my late night plumbing emergency. I rang all around Melbourne and not one answered their phone.
Jake, however, did answer his phone and he was at my place within 30 minutes. Not bad considering it was past midnight and the water damage from a burst pipe would’ve caused a lot of damage to my house if i had waited till morning i reckon.
